Hello!
I need some help to optimize my time. I'm doing a catalogue that has a lot of brands.
The catalogue has a lot of data so I exported a CSV from database and used variables to create each page, but since there is a lot of pages I created a separate indesign file to each brand.
Now I want to merge them all but I added a paragaph style to every product reference so I could make a index easly.
The problem is, I'm creating a new indesign file to merge all of the brand files that I created with the variables thing. But doing this I lose the paragraph style so i cant make automatic index. And if try to make a single document it gets super super slow.
What can i do to solve this problem?
Thank you all

Link your files with an InDesign book file; you can then index the entire Book without merging the documents into one. (You can also make your page numbers continue through the book)
