Information panel not usable on 4K monitor

I use Indesign 18.3 on MSI CreatorPro X17 W11 (last version) PC and the Information panel is not usable. The panel is far to big, and not movable !!!!

The monitor setup is 3840x2160 with zoom factor of 225. 

It seems the zoom factor is appied to the text but NOT to the Information panel size. The app and other panels are OK.

I reset completely the caches and personal parameters, nothing helps.

I'd report this behavior as a bug at InDesign UserVoice:

Did it work ok with InDesign 18.2 or a previous version?

If yes, I'd revert to that version.

I logged the problem on userVoice.

I got this new PC with 4K monitor some weeks ago, and never tried with previous Indesing release.
