Insert Curly Brackets Before and After a Number

I'm working on a project which includes paragraphs starting with numbers as follows:

I want to insert curly brackets before and after the number but I don't want to do it manually. Is there any easier way to do this change?

Yo can do this with a list, but seeing your screenshot, it seems that you do not use a list.

Unfortunately, I'm working on a text that does not use a list.

Try a grep Find/Change: find ^\d+ and replace with ($0)
