I am exporting a very simple indd to epub, and InDesign is removing all of the intentional spaces between lines (line breaks)—something it did not do when I exported the last book I worked on. I have not changed—nor can I find—any settings that might affect this. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Can you please provide more detail on how you are generating these "line breaks". Are you…

  • Pressing Enter to create a new paragraph?
  • Pressing Shift+Enter to force a new line?
  • etc…

Hi Michael: Thanks for the reply. I'm talking about breaks created simply by hitting Enter to create a new paragraph.
