Interactive PDF

New Here ,
Jul 06, 2025 Jul 06, 2025

I've created a PDF File using InDesign and exported as an Interactive PDF.

When I open and test this using Acrobat, the hyperlinks I've inserted as link to page inside the file or as Interactive elements, they run perfectly fine.

However, when I send to client using PC, it seems the PDF opens by default in another PDF viewer and the are not clickable.

Any ideas from anyone would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Lina

You have to educate your client that Adobe Acrobat is the only application family which is a reliable PDF viewer with full support to all types of PDFs. All others lack of functionality and / or present the content wrong.
