Is it possible to script the Quick Apply prefs?

I am a habitual user of the Quick Apply feature and think it's one of the most powerful efficiency features in InDesign. I use Quick Apply for only paragraph styles, character styles, and scripts, so I disable all of the other options available in the Quick Apply panel preferences to reduce clutter:

I am also subject to a workflow and tools which regularly require me to enable/disable InDesign plugins. I have found that modifying the plugin folders in any way or clearing caches/saved state settings, etc. resets those Quick Apply panel preferences.

Maybe a minor gripe, but having to check/uncheck those options over and over again takes away so much of the quickness of the Quick Apply!

Does anybody know of any way to quickly reapply the Quick Apply prefrence settings? Possibly a script? I've seen no method for targeting Quick Apply via script, but maybe I just don't know what to look for. Or even a method to make my prefences stick more permanently? I would have thought this would be part of the saved Workspace settings, alas...
