So I have a document that has seen a lot of page re-ordering in the editorial process. So now when I show text threads they're pointimg crazily all through the document. Is there a way to tell indesign to just connect the threads in the current page order? I'm worried about making mistakes if I try to copy-paste everything into the correctorder working in the Story Editor.

Hi @christianh57452477:

Get the order straightened out in Story Editor—work on a copy of the file if you are nervous. Then you can delete the frames that are out of order—deleting frames does not delete content—and then re-thread them correctly.
