Issue with latest PDFL21 in Mac

In latest Mac PDFLSDK21.0.0.5.dmg one new lib(libcrypto.3.dylib) was added in the frameworks folder.
Built Xcode14.2 with latest PDFL21 binaries in Mac one exe was generated and when I tried to run that exe getting the below error:

dyld[977]: Library not loaded: '@executable_path/../Frameworks/AdobePDFL.framework/Versions/A/AdobePDFL'
Referenced from: '/Users/vippdev/Documents/18.0.9/PrebuildTools/pdftonps'
Reason: tried: '/Users/vippdev/Documents/18.0.9/PrebuildTools/../Frameworks/AdobePDFL.framework/Versions/A/AdobePDFL' (no such file), '/System/Library/Frameworks/AdobePDFL.framework/Versions/A/AdobePDFL' (no such file)
zsh: abort /Users/vippdev/Documents/18.0.9/PrebuildTools/pdftonps

Could anyone help to resolve the issue?
