Hi! All of a sudden my indesign files started to look like this (image attached). What could be the problem? I tried uninstalling indesign but the problem remains. All tips appreciated!

The pink highlight means that fonts are missing.

Hi,
Can you describe what has changed from previous version or what you expected?

The blue and green colors are new to me and I can't get them off. The blue ones are supposed to be white and green ones are supposed to be dark blue. If I export the file it looks like that.

Hi Kaisa5F91,
apart from the issues you have with missing fonts:
Check if your color management is turned off.
If you are on Mac OS, could be that you are exposed to a bug, that in effect turns off color management by setting it to "Emulate Adobe InDesign 2.0 CMS Off". This can happen if you recently updated InDesign, PhotoShop or Adobe Bridge.
There are some discussions around this at the InDesign user forum:

The solution:
[1] Restart your machine without starting any Adobe app.
[2] Remove the following file:
ACEConfigCache2.lst
in folder: Users > username > Library > Preferences > Adobe > Color
[3] Start InDesign and set your usual color management settings.
It seems that Windows users are not affected.

This didn't work for me, but I finally got it to work by changing the color settings to North America General Purpose 2

Hi Kaisa5F91,
how were your color settings before you changed them to "North America General Purpose 2" ?

Ok. Then I hope that your settings will stay with "North America General Purpose 2".
I'd check that every time when you do a new document, open a document or export to PDF and other file formats.
