IT SEEMS TO BE THE SAME STYLE BUT IS IN DIFFERENT SIZE

Hello, hoping you can help me with this, if i put the cursor in the text where it look big or small font, displays that is the same font, size etc. but visually it´s obviously wrong, this is a text placed from word keeping the footnotes etc. how can I change this automatically?  Regards.

Check to see if the smaller text is set to Superscript.
