Je n'ai plus accès à la version 16.4.3 de indesign

Bonjour 

Je viens de changer d'ordinateur, mais j'ai un soucis pour télécharger la version de indesign 2021.

J'en ai besoin pour mon travail car indesign est lié à wood wing un système de gestion des mise en pages de journeaux et magazine.

Comment puis-je télécharger cette version sur mon mac book pro, j'ai la bonne version sur mon imac qui fonctionne sur le MCOS 12.6?

Adobe provides only the last two versions of the CC App. So you can download only CC2023 and CC2022 from the Creative Cloud desktop app. For CC2021 you will have to contact support to provide you with a download link for offline installer. They would provide you one if they have that available. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If th

Adobe only allows us to download the current (v18, 2023) and previous (v17, 2022) versions of InDesign through the CC Desktop app. You can reach out to Adobe’s Customer Care team via live online chat, and they will give you temporary links to download offline installers for all the 2021 apps that you need.

3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
