Justified text broken when exporting to EPUB3 fixed layout in InDesign 16,2.1. x64

Hey guys, I have a problem with export to EPUB3 Fixed layout. I'm trying to export book designed for print into EPUB3 Fixed Layout format. Upon export Right Justified text appears just as Left and some spaces, paragraphs appear broken. I cannot figure out what is the problem. Any advice? Thanks

Do you see the same font as in the InDesign Document?

If not, does the licence of your font allow embedding?

Why are you not updating to the latest version, which is 16.4.

Thanks, Willi) Yes, the phont is the same - Arial. I will update now but, I think, it will not make any difference. Will let you know. Cheers!
