Large blacked out areas are randomly appearing. Please see attached photo. Any fixes?

Hi, Since my last update, random large blocks of black appear on my document. I've been using Indesign for 15+ years and never experienced this before. It must be a bug in the latest update. Any thoughts on ways to fix it? I keep having to close the documents and reopen them again but it keeps occurring.

Try to uncheck GPU performances (in the preferences)
