Hi all,
Me and my co-workers try to work together using the same assets through our Adobe CC Libraries. But whenever I make a library and share it with everyone in my workspace it does not appear in anybodies CC panel or library panel.
When I invite people specifically they sometimes get it but most of the times don't get it. The only way to share the libraries now is to export them as library documents, but that way we don't have synced libraries.
How can we make sure everybody has a connected library that we can all use, add to or modify?

I want to just invite my coworkers through the Library panel in Illustrator and/or InDesign but that does not work. When I invite them through e-mail it also does not work. They don't get a notification or when they do get a notification they can't find the library in their Creative Cloud app or in the Library panels in the respective apps.

the questions i'm asking are for testing to determine the problem's cause.
what if you communicate the library link via some other (than email) method?

I've tried sending a share link through Discord and WhatsApp as well, but the result is the same. I have to export libraries and they have to import them for us to work with the same assets. However when you change or add something they don't get it.

Hi @Daniel23313556585b , you have to use your web account (which the CCLibrary panel will direct you to), and the email has to be the login email for a valid CC account. I have multiple email addresses, but only one is associated with my CC subscription.
