Lines Lines Lines in indesign please help

if you could help me here, that would be great. These lines appear in Adobe InDesign. What are they? And what exactly needs to be done to make them disappear? Thanks 🙂

Try turning off GPU Performance in your InDesign preferences (aka settings).
