Apologies if this is something already covered, but I can't find anything relevant.
I'm looking to have two text boxes that are linked across different pages on the same document. But the text is to be duplicated in the second box and will automatically update if the first box is changed. So an example would be:
Text box 1 contains a measurement: 125mm
Text box 2 shows the same: 125mm
If text box 1 is updated manually to: 260mm
Text box to is automatically updated to: 260mm
Does anyone know if that is easily possible please? Would this involve scripting?

When you make changes, you have to do it in the original asset. In the link panel you see that the linked instances should be updatet, but you can also leave and when you after saving and closing the file the next time, when you open it update automatically like you would do it with images.
You can also link to another file, but there are some rules to obey.

The global size change should be done via Object Styles as you can define the size of any frame with this object style.
