Linking text on multiple pages

I have a list of items on one page of my document 1-100. Those numbers coorspond to a 12 month calander layout that comes after that first page, 12 additional pages, one for each month of the year. For example #1 is linked to Jan 1st and #2 is linked to Jan 4th...etc. The info is repeated on the calander days to show which date it lands on. 

I'm wondering if there's a way to link the text on my first page, the list page, to the text that's on each date page? So if I were to change the text on page one, could it automatically change the text on the calander pages?

Also, if there's a way to have it rearange that information in case there's a new item added to my 1-100 list on my first page that would be awesome. For example, if someone were to add an iteam say after #30, then it shifts all that information on the calander pages below it. Is that possible? Thanks in advance.

Everything except the shifting could be done with Place and Link using the Content Collector
