Liquid Layout options not selectable

Hello,

Hoping someone can help. I need to alter the "spine" page in a cover document (back, spine, cover) using the Liquid Layout tool. At first I could not get the Page rule to have options, but got that working (no idea how, it just did) and I selected "Object-Based". But now the Object Constraints is not selectable. all are Greyed out and need to select "Width". Any ideas?

I really don't understand what you're doing with the Liquid Layout Tool

How is the cover setup - is it 3 pages, back cover, spine, front cover - all in one spread?

Or are they 3 separate pages?

Can you please share what you have visually with screenshots?

Thank you for your respnse. We are using a publish online template and need to expand the spine. You can see the attached, the middle page is the spine, and need to expand it.

You just need to use the Page Tool.

It's located in the toolbar on the left hand side (at least it should be)

You can increase the page size using the size controls.

And you can snap the pages together by dragging them with the page tool.
