Hi folks
I know that this issue re-surfaces periodically, and now it seems to have happened again.
Latest versions of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator installed today via Creative Cloud. Crown Zoom control working fine in Ps and Ai, but only zooms out with Id.
I've tried the usual fixes relating to removing the Adobe software from the Logitech Options 'Application Specific settings' list and then re-installing. Have restarted the PC etc. - all the usual solutions. But nothing is working to solve the problem.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Rob

Hi
Have you made any progress on finding a solution to this problem?
My PC is running the latest version all Logitech drivers, but the zom function is still not working in InDesign 2024 (19.0.1). It works fine in InDesign 2023 (18.5.1).
I pay my subscription to Adobe every month to get support as well as to be able to use the software, so this matter really needs to be resolved.
Thanks

Hi
No one from Adobe has responded on this, and the latest release of InDesign (v 19.1) hasn't resolved the problem.
Logitech firmware is up-to-date.
Please can Adobe sort this - subscribers pay a lot of money for your software, so it should work properly...
Thanks,
Rob

Have you updated the Logitech software and drivers?
In 99% of cases where a third-party tool (hardware, software or combined) fails to work properly, even with only one app, the fault lies with the tool not being updated or compatible, and needs the fix to come from that end. (Once in a while it's because an app uses a nonstandard method to, say, move a cursor, but that usually causes a spectrum of incompatibility and is easily isolated.) I'd start with Logi here.
