Mac Keyboard Shortcuts Not Functioning for Paragraph Styles in InDesign

Command-F11 is supposed to open Paragraph Styles but it just detects as a volume decrease button press no matter which combination of alt keys I try.

Have you just update InDesign to v. 20?

Try resetting preferences anyway.
