Major lag in the latest InDesign and Sonoma

I have having major lag. I uninstalled and then reinstalled and still lag.

Major lag - Spinny ball when file opens. Click on took. Spinny ball. Unlock 1 layer - spinny ball, second layer - spinny ball. Anything I do there is constant lag between operations.

Open Activity Monitor from Applications/Utilities folder, select the Memory tab. Try to use InDesign and check if you see anything suspicious in Activity Monitor: memory pressure in yellow/red? unusually high CPU/memory usage by InDesign or another app (you can sort by memory and CPU columns to check)?
