Making PDF from Indesign

I can't seem to make a PDF from Indesign. I work on the latest Mac OS Monterey 12.4 - on Mac Book Pro 2021 M1 Pro. I keep getting this attached. But everything is linked, nothing is missing.

Yes thanks - I had to relink all the images again - even though they were checked as linked. Not sure if it's an Indesign thing or an Adobe PDF problem with the new Macbook Pro M1 - been happening a few times.
