Menu of tools not opening after update this morning

When i try to open the menu of a tab like "stalen" (colours dont know the english name) with the 4 little lines to select unused colours like I always do to remove them the menu wont open, on non of my tool tabs

Not on layers, pages, lines, nothing

The menu opens when I have the tab loose out of the right bar but not if its nice and structured in the right bar, this was never a problem until the update

What OS? 
If it's Mac OS try setting the Window>Applciation Frame (sorry I could be under View>Application Frame)

And see if toggling this changes the behaviour.

I use a mac with OS 14,2,1 but the problem just resolved it self, after making 4 or 5 files it not working it just started working again after that

Current version of Sonoma is 14.3 and it fixes a lot of bugs.

Updated, worked the whole time untill just now and I can not open the menu again, cant even make a colour to use

I found the problem, I have two monitors and the whole working area shifted just a bit to the right creating the problem

But in the end I dont want to use the working area but I'm forced to use it du to a other bug in indesign that I reported here https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/when-i-press-z-for-zoom-in-indesign-the-icon-on-...

If I dont have to use that this problem would never have happned.
