Mesclagem de Dados - Como fazer um ajuste automático nos textos mesclados

Eu faço ofertas pelo Indesign usando a Mesclagem de Dados.

Mas alguns dos itens possui mais de um código para colocar no quadro, por exemplo uma Ducha que tem duas tensões (127V e 220V), para mesclar os dados eu somente consigo fazer com um código por vez e preciso acrescentar manualmente o segundo após criar o documento mesclado. Gostaria de saber se tem como criar de alguma maneira um arquivo para que o InDesign consiga puxar e já deixar todas as informações do produto alinhada (código, descrição, preço) em seu respectivo espaço.

Abaixo deixarei um print do programa com o arquivo base, o qual uso para criar o arquivo mesclado e a direita uma imagem de uma oferta pronta, para que possam observar e talvez conseguir me ajudar a resolver esse problema. Também em anexo os documentos dos quais utilizo para a criação do documento. (para criar o arquivo que é utilizado no excel, sempre excluo as linhas dos códigos adjacentes de cada item, assim posso criar um TXT separado por tabulações)

Why not add columns for the additional data for those that have it. You can put those fields on a new line in the template and use the remove blank lines option during the merge, or find/change after the merge if you have spaces or puctuation separating the fields on that line.

E como posso arrumar o Excel para que mais de uma informação fique no mesmo "box" e não crie outro?

Ther arrangement in Exel is not the same as the arrangement on the page in your template.

If you want more than one data field in a frame you simply make that frame large enough to hold all the fields and drag them into the same frame. Press Enter between frames to put them on separate lines, or put spaces, punctuation, or tabs between them as desired on the same line. You could also drag fields into the cells of a table.

Se eu deixar os dados do Excel na mesma célula pressionando Enter, quando eu salvo o arquivo no formato texto (separado por tabulações), na hora de mesclar os dados, tudo fica uma bagunça. Vou deixar uns prints para você ver. Realmente posso deixar as caixas de texto maiores e utilizar um espaço no excel para separar as infos em uma mesma célula, e após a mesclagem alinhar tudo manualmente. Mas acredito que possa ter algum meio de salvar formatar o excel para salvar e fazer este procedimento de "quebra de texto" automático.

If you see in image "what_i_need.png", that is a final offer. I will try to explain better. The itens of the offer have name, code, description, price, logo and image.

Sometimes a item need more lines of code, description and price. So i dont have a padron in all itens of the offer. I need a way to import all this informations to itens who have more details. You know a way to do it?

You misunderstand how to set up the Excel file. If you have three codes, descriptions and prices for an item you will need three sets of columns: Code1, Description1, Price1; Code2, Description2, Price2; and Code3, Description3, Price3. You will need to add columns to the Excel to accommodate the maximum number of options for a product, but in many (probably most) cases these columns will have no data in a particular row. Only products with multiple options will have data in those columns in their respective rows.

You must now add all these extra data fields to the template file in the same way you added the first set.

I suspect you have not read the help files on using Data Merge and I would advise you to do that, or to re-read them if it has been some time. This is very basic setup for Data Merge.

No matter what, this is going to require a lot of manual editing to adjust image and text frame sizes to get the layout pictured in What I Need if you have products that require different height text frames. You might be better off investing in a commercial catalog plug-in for InDesign what has better capabilities than Data Merge.
