Minion 3 thin space, hair space, and italic small caps

Hi all, looking at the character set for Minion 3, am I correct in thinking that it doesn't have U+2009 thin space or U+200a hair space? If not, does anybody know what the intention here is? I feel like I must be missing something.

Also related to Minion 3, it doesn't seem to have italic small caps, which seems odd to me. Does anyone know the reasoning behind this? I suppose you could use Minion Pro for italic small caps, but that can't be the intention, can it?

Are you sure? No problem for me:

jmlevy, thanks for your reply. I'm glad to see it's there. I have to admit I had just done a quick glance at Character Map and saw this:

Hence my question. But if it's there in InDesign that's great. It's not an alternate character or something, is it?

Shame about the italic small caps. I'd still be interested if anyone has any background about why they were omitted.
