My Indesign was reset after the last update!
Every time Adobe is making a new update they reset everything!
I can't work like that!
My workspace is gone!
The interface is gone!
I now need to sit down and fix everything to make my workspace comfortable again!

This is a user-user forum and not a direct link to Adobe help.
We're users just like you.
You can also take a copy of the files and back them up so you don't have to do it again

I don't think I've ever had an update, even a major one like 2023, delete any of my workspaces. I'd be curious to know how common this problem is, and on which platform.
I do sympathize. It takes me at least ten full minutes to rebuild each of my two workspaces.

I agree with James. When InDesign is updated there is already a checkbox to Import Settings from the Previous Version and that has always imported my workspaces.
