Não consigo recuperar arquivo danificado, corrompido do Indesign. O arquivo foi criado em 2017 e tive problemas no HD e o documento ficou corrompido

I cannot recover damaged, corrupted Indesign file. The file was
created in 2017 and I had problems with the HD and the document got
