Need to know what this is called & how to create one...

Hello, 

Does anyone know what the name is for the bit of paper that goes around a book adveryising what's inside? It can go both vertically or horizontally. I can't figure it out. And, can I make it with InDesign?

That's it! Many thanks! I was going through 'wrapper' & 'half sleeve' etc... Now I know what it's called I can figure out how to make one. Appreciated!
