I am looking for a solution to solve the issue where if a multipage PDF changes in page count, the indesign file it is hosted in does not update page count.
I have an InDesign book that is a combination of several exported reports that share master pages,styles, colors etc. I utilized the "PlaceMultipagePDF" script to quickly build the individual files in the book. The problem is, when a report either gets larger or smaller in length I had to delete all the pages in the indd file and relink with the script to auto flow. Is there any dynamic script that will update the indesign page count with the pdf file page count?
