not place in text rflow text box

Why when placing all my text, does just the first page get placed in the right text box (which I created on the master page) 

All the next pages created a new text box!

When you have Primary Text Frame defined in your document - you can't use "auto reflow" - when you press SHIFT - you need to turn ON (not so smart) Smart Reflow in the preferences:
