Hallo,

ich möchte eine Seite mit Mitarbeiterfotos erstellen, die leicht bearbeitbar ist, wenn ein Mitarbeiter dazu kommt oder entfällt. Da die Fotos alphabetisch nach den Namen der Mitarbeiter geordnet sind, suche ich eine Möglichkeit, an einer beliebigen Stelle ein neues Foto einfügen oder ein bestehendes Löschen zu können, woraufhin sich die nachfolgenden Fotos automatisch verschieben. Ähnlich wie beim Anordnen von Seiten.

Ich hoffe, die Erklärung ist verständlich.

You might use anchored objects that are anchored into the flow of a text story. That way, if you delete one, or add one, the whole thing will adjust to remain in alphabetical order.

 

Another approach would be to use Data Merge along with a spreadsheet file that contains all your names of employees and a reference link to their image likeness. If your database is in alphabetical order, Data Merge will generate in alphabetical order.
