yes you can. Do you know how to created a text box, set the fill; plus aligment to the frame?
Creating an object style(s) is key so you can adjust them quickly if you need to change colors, fonts, or add effects. the lines can be drawn via the pen tool.
There isn't an automatic way to do it in InDesign but you would use features of InDesign to save you time, such as object styles, paragraph styles etc.
There are dedicated solutions such as LucidChart or Microsoft Visio that make the process much simpler as that is the task they're created for, but the file formats from LucidChart can be placed into InDesign as images.
