Overlapping lines with white offset, is it possible?

Hi,

I would like to replicate the pattern as shown below.

It are 4 lines, with one crossing the other ones, but to give it a good contrast i would like to have a border/outline in white as shown below.

Is this possible to achieve?

Yes. Select the stroke object and apply an Outer Glow effect to the Stroke. Set the Blend Mode to Normal, the Opacity to 100%, the Technique to Precise, the Spread to 100%, and the Size to whatever looks good to you. If you need greater control than that, consider using Illustrator where you have more possibilities.
