Pages Panel scroll is not working

Hello — i am using the latest version of InDesign, unfortunately since a while the Pages Panel scroll is not working, i cant even manually scroll to the later pages. Anyone has experienced this issue?

This is typically a result of corrupt preferences. Have to your tried resetting them?
