Panneau Couleur inutilisable

Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps, le panneau Couleur dans InDesign est inutilisable, que ce soit en sélectionnant des caractères ou un objet.

Impossible de changer les couleurs, je suis obligé de passer par le panneau Nuancier. Quelqu'un aurait le même problème ?

but does that mean losing all the panel settings I've made so far? Resetting prefs will set the panel positions back to the default—deleting the Caches folder will not affect your prefs so try that first.

La première chose à faire est de réinitialiser les préférences. Il faut relancer l'application tout en appuyant simultanément sur Maj, Ctrl, Alt [Windows], Maj, Ctrl, Alt et Cmd [Mac] jusqu'à l'apparition du message demandant confirmation.

Quels réglages de panneaux ? Cela aura pour effet de rétablir les préférences telles qu'elles étaient à la base.

Donc ça supprime l'espace de travail que je me suis concocté, si je comprends bien. Pas très envie de tout avoir à refaire pour un bug... Mais merci quand même pour l'info.

Non, pas du tout. Les espaces de travail sont stockés dans un fichier à part qui ne sont pas affectés par la réinitialisation des préférences.

Also UI problems can be from corrupted Caches, so try deleting the InDesign Caches folder, and if that doesn’t work try resetting prefs

 

Caches are here

macOS: user > Library > Caches > Adobe InDesign > Version X

Windows 10: Users > AppData > Local > Adobe > InDesign > Version X
