Pantone Connect Personal information update failed

Hello! I have just opened the Pantone Connect plug in, and it says "Personal information update failed" when there is this message at the beggining. I can't use the plug in because I can't go further. What should I do?

Étant donné que la capture d'écran s'appelle « capture d'écran », j'en déduis que tu es francophone.

1. Il faut contacter l'éditeur du plugin
2.  Mais pourquoi utiliser ce plugin, dont tout le monde dit qu'il ne fonctionne pas bien ?
3.  Pour info, tu peux tout simplement récupérer les nuanciers Pantone ici : https://github.com/Autocrit/Pantone-color-libraries
