Pantone Swatches in InDesign CC 2021

I cannot find the Pantone swatch libraries in my version of InDesign CC 2021. Can someone please explain the steps to correct this issue?

When you create a New swatch and look under the Color Mode menu in that dialog, what color models are available to you?
