Where did the paragraph direction button go in cc2017?

In cc2015 it was here: Arabic and Hebrew features in InDesign

I'm using in design cc 2017 but the Arabic and Hebrw features in design is not there.

I follow these step.

Preferences

From the pop-up menu, choose Preferences. In the Preferences dialog box, click Apps, and then click the App Language pop-up menu.

From the App Language list, choose either the Arabic or Hebrew languages:

• English Arabic -
• After that i crack to him

I have another mac. There is showing Arabic. Both mac are same model & same specification

What is the issue and how do I go over it?
