Is there a way to password protect objects, pattern templates, or layers in InDesign?
We have to realize the following: we have created a layout for a customer in which he wants to change the text himself in 3 places with InDesign, because there are always year-specific templates.
But now he should not be able to change the layout or the images.
Therefore we would like to lock areas.
Is this possible in InDesign or is there an extension for this?

Thanks, Dietmar

Hallo Dietmar,

Hallo Uwe,
