When exporting to PDF a fraction of a document, in my case pages 1-36 over 72, why does the exported PDF also contains bookmarks for the non-exported part?
Is it possible to correct this or should I extract the pages into a new INDD and export from there?
Thank you
Hi Inélsòre,
indeed, always all bookmarks are exported when you export only some pages to PDF.
You could correct that in InDesign:
[1] Save the document to a new name.
[2] Remove the pages you do not want to export this time.
The bookmarks that target the removed pages will be removed as well.
