PDF exportieren funktioniert nicht

Hallo! Auf meinem Macbook "macOS Big Sur" funktioniert auf Indesign (16.1) PDF exportieren nicht.  Nach Datei exportieren, sichern und Adobe PDF exportieren geht ein größeres Fenster auf, auf dem der Button "exportieren"fehlt und daher nicht ausgeführt werden kann.  Kann mir jemand erklären wie ich diesen Fehler beheben kann. Elements missing from a dialog window can many times be brought back by deleting your InDesign cache files (which is not the same as deleting preferences).

To do so on a Mac:

The User Library folder in which InDesign’s cache files are stored is hidden by default on most Macintoshes. To access it make sure that InDesign is closed and click on the desktop to launch a Finder Window (Command-N). With this window in column view follow the path User>Home folder (it’s the folder with an icon that looks like a house—it may have the user’s name rather than “Home”) and click on the Home folder. With the Option Key pressed choose Library from the Finder Go Menu. “Library” will now appear within the Home folder. Within the Library folder find the “Caches” folder. Within the Caches folder find and delete the entire folder “Adobe InDesign”. I find that deleting the InDesign cache folder completely leads to a lasting change.

One other thing might be if your Macbook is running with the new M1 computer chip rather than the intel chip. Creative Cloud programs do not run natively with the M1 but rather run through emulation software called Rosetta 2. Many erratic results have been reported using InDesign on a computer with the M1 chip.

Hallo Franz,

aha, das Exportdialogfeld ist so groß, dass der Bildschirm nicht ausreicht, es darzustellen.

Ich nehme an, dass die Schaltfläche nicht wirklich fehlt, sondern einfach auf dem Teil des Dialogs ist, der nicht zu sehen ist. Da der Fokus normalerweise auf der Schaltfläche "Exportieren" liegt, sollte das Drücken der "Return"-Taste den Export auslösen.

Grundsätzlich beheben könntest Du die Geschichte, wenn Du den Monitor auf eine andere Auflösung stellst.

Keine Ahnung, was da Dein Mac Dir anbietet.
