Perfectly Align text in Text Frame

hi all , how do i perfectly align text in text frames, as i use all options but didn't get result what i want horizontally and vertically , see left side is not perfectyly align as right top and bottom , please  how we do this .

You can play with the Window>Type>Story and adjust the optical alignment.

And/or set the frame's vertical justification to centre (it's in the General tab of the window you showed in your screenshot).

but i am asking about my left character aligining with text frame
