Computer installs the 16.3.2 version of InDesign on a Mac with 3.7 Ghz 6-Core Intel i5, 16 GB memory - and is having difficulty displaying and editing a 5 x 7 postcard (with two graphics and font in it). - InDesign is running so, so, so slow - I have uninstalled, installed older verions, restarted, reinstalled the latest versions.
Let me know how best to fix this issue.
Thank you.

How much spare hard disk capacity do you have?
Have you tried resetting the InDesign preferences?

Uninstalling and renistalling doesn't remove the files required for a clean install.
Try https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Yes InDesign is the newest 16.3.2 - right when the issue started.
I looked at the Cloud to share files with you, but it does not support
InDesign files.
So if you can think of another way.
I did use the CC Cleaner, removed the Adobe
Desktop App, and removed everything and then reinstalled everything.
Let me know,

Sorry for the delayed response. Yes, InDesign doesn't support cloud documents, but you can upload the InDesign files in the Creative Cloud as standard files. Go to this link https://adobe.ly/2PCg6k0 and upload it there. Then, click on three dots next to the uploaded file > Get link > Copy Link and paste it here.
Also, share a few more details like:
