Pixelated display?

Hi:

I have my images set to High Quality Display but they are previewing pixelated. I know the resolution is good and I've never had this problem before. If I export to pdf, the resolution is fine. 

Any ideas?

Yes but I always work on Dropbox.

When you go to the selected files > Right MOuse Click > Make files offline available.
