Place a Photoshop file with text and have text editable in InDesign?

I did a quick search, but didn't see my specific question answered.

I want to be able to create a full book cover in Photoshop (because I'm much more familiar with it) but when I place that file into InDesign, I want the text to be on it's own layers, converted to vector, and editable.

Is this possible?

No.

Add the text in InDesign if you want to be able to work with it.
