It would be helpful if you tell us: Please tell us what operating system (exactly) you're running. Please tell us (exactly) what InDesign version you're using.

I'm using the pasteboard to place the picture?
But often the picture either a JPG or the PSD Data appears only half,the other half is missing or is fractured.

wie platzierst du? In einen vorhandenen Rahmen?

 

Dann ist eventuell im Standard Objektformat des vorhandenen Rahmens kein Haken bei [Automatisch einpassen] gesetzt. (Ich gehe einmal davon aus, das der komplette braune Inhalts-Bildrahmen vollständig angezeigt wird, sobald du beim Drüberfahren mit der Maus auf den erscheinenden „Donut“ drückst.)

ein Screenshot würde helfen, dieser sollte Rahmenkanten und die Auswahl des PDFs, JPEGs oder PSDs innerhalb des Rahmens zeigen. Die Rahmeneinpassungsoptionen wären auch interessant.
