In Screenshot below, there is (No Styles)+.

What does + (plus sign) mean?

Is there overide I missed?

A plus sign next to a style name in the Paragraph Styles Panel means that local formatting has also been applied to selected text formatted with that style. If you select paragraph styled text and use the Break Link to Style option from the Paragraph Panel pull-down menu you will get the (No Styles)+ that you are seeing in your example. If you use the Break Link to Style option for text that only has the Basic Paragraph style applied you will get the (No Styles) with no plus sign.

After applying Break Line to Style, should I save the change or undo the change?

Is Break Line to Style to see if there is local formatting?

Dose Break Line to Style have no effective change on the document?
