hello, i'm creating a portfolio PDF in indesign, which has my logo shown in two different sizes on the title page, the smaller one in the top right corner always comes out slightly pixelated though, i've changed the resolution of the exported PNG to 300 dpi (from AI) that it's linked to but still comes out pixelated, any ideas?
they were vectors, it finally worked by closing/reopening acrobat , thanks for the help

Don't use PNG. You write that your logo comes from Illustrator. Use the AI instead.

thanks for your reply but i don't understand, "AI" is Adobe Illustrator to me, that's where i designed it

Right, so in InDesign, choose File > Place and place the .ai file. Why on Earth would you rasterize it?

Save the Illustrator File as AI or PDF/X-4 and place this file. PNG makes no sense here.

Hi @nadrojxinnam ,
your logo is easy enough to draw it in a couple of minutes.
Use a vector graphic for it instead of a PNG pixel file.

Perfect. Then either copy the paths over to InDesign or save the vector graphic as Illustrator file with PDF enabled and place the Illustrator file. Do not use the PNG file format.

If you are exporting a PDF and overwriting an open PDF with the same name, you have to close and reopen the file in order to see the changes.

Have you got your indesign view preferences set to low resolution?
Right click off page > Display Performace > High Quality

Drag the illustrator file (.ai) into your InDesign document, instead of using the png.
You shouldn't need to export it to be able to place it onto your InDesign page.
