On human error, it is possible that the content of a frame is bigger than the frame itself.
I'm looking for a solution to get any kind of notification when this occurs.
The only error notification I found is prefight check performed on "incorrect scaling proportions".

Since using frames to crop content is utterly routine, I am not sure any error or even status flag is raised for this. There may be a value or flag a script could find. But I think it falls into the area of 'wetware control'...
(I'm not even sure 'incorrect scaling proportions' applies to the object/frame mismatch unless the object has been distorted somehow.)
