PostScript fonts loaded in Windows 10 Pro system - but unable to access in InDesign(16.4) doc. Help?

We're using Gotham Condensed in a brochure.  

It is installed on system, yet, still showing up at error/missing font in document. 

Anyone else have this problem?

Grateful for any solutions!

LATEST

Type 1 fonts should be avoided at all costs and will no longer be supported soon. That said, you can try copying them to a document fonts folder ot the InDesign/fonts folder.
